Whether they are founding new ventures, bringing fresh thinking to established organisations, solving complex challenges, or opening doors for others, the Class of 2026 represents the energy, independence, and ambition driving the industry forward.

We celebrate the Class of 2026 not only for what they have already achieved, but for the example they set. At ISE 2027, 2 - 5 February, these rising stars will join us and come together to connect, exchange ideas, and inspire others who are ready to define their own journey in the industry.
