Supporting the Inavate EMEA 40 Under 40 reflects VIOSO’s belief that the AV industry’s strength lies in the imagination and ambition of its next generation.

As the CEO of VIOSO, I am proud that we support the 40 under 40 initiative and are involved in this vital programme.

We have seen first-hand the benefits of employing fresh new talent – from software engineers straight out of university to specialists from other markets, they all bring something new to an industry that needs a constant supply of fresh perspectives. Only by welcoming innovation and disruption can we prevent our industry from growing old and losing its spark.

It is imperative that manufacturers, and the industry as a whole, nurture this young talent, provide guidance, and remain open to new ideas. It is only through this approach that the team here at VIOSO have brought many successful products to market.

In our own company, we have seen the benefits of supporting young talent, and both our AV and Simulation divisions are led by people under 40. Their drive and enthusiasm propel the business forward, and our partners always welcome their expertise and approach to business. 

As the industry moves forward, with digital natives leading the way, it is the younger generation who will be responsible for shaping the AV world and ensuring it keeps pace with other sectors outside of AV. Collectively, we as an industry have so much to offer; we need to allow this younger generation of talent to flourish and bring the “next big things” to market.

Inavate does a fantastic job of highlighting the future of our industry, creating a real buzz for recipients each year and providing a real sense of achievement.
