Experience Studios

TITLE

Associate

With a background that bridges creativity and technology, Clark Henry-Brown has played a key role in shaping the growth and culture of Experience Studios. As project and AV lead, he has overseen the delivery of complex AV systems for globally recognised venues while helping guide the development of The Hole, the company’s immersive design studio used to prototype large-scale AV concepts and test emerging technologies.

Alongside his technical and creative work, Henry-Brown has been an active advocate for sustainability and inclusion. As part of Experience Studios’ Sustainability Group, he has helped embed environmentally responsible thinking into the design process and produced internal guides to support the company’s goals. His influence extends beyond the studio through mentoring roles with Rise AV and the National Theatre’s Young Technicians programme, where he supports emerging talent and brings those lessons back to his own team.

Previously at Charcoalblue and the British Museum, he combines hands-on experience in sound design and AV consultancy with a passion for nurturing positive, collaborative cultures.

Henry-Brown believes the AV industry must pair its technical innovation with bold, measurable action on sustainability and diversity, embedding these values at every level to create an inclusive and forward-thinking future.
