Hanieh Motamedian

Hanieh Motamedian has played a key role in broadening Pure AV’s market reach, leading its strategic expansion into southern England. She combines commercial insight with a deep understanding of how sound influences wellbeing and productivity in modern workplaces.

Over the past year, Motamedian has driven the company’s growing focus on acoustics within AV design, integrating technologies such as sound masking and absorption systems to enhance speech privacy and user comfort. She also developed a hands-on testing environment at Pure AV’s headquarters, allowing the team to trial acoustic materials in real meeting scenarios, a practical approach that informs product selection and creates new revenue opportunities.

Motamedian’s work reflects a broader mission to make workspaces more inclusive, supporting better communication for people with hearing loss and neurodiverse employees sensitive to noise. A member of the ISCVE and part of its Early Careers Committee, she helps promote the AV profession to schools and young people while advocating for greater diversity and stronger industry allyship through the Rise AV mentoring programme.

Outside of work, she finds balance through Tai Chi and has transformed her garden into a thriving pollinator habitat, a small but meaningful project that mirrors her belief in creating environments where people, and nature, can flourish.
