Mohannad Mousa

Mohannad Mousa has played a central role in elevating project delivery and operational standards at MaktabiTech, where he serves as head of projects. Joining the company in late 2023, he quickly progressed from managing a single installation to overseeing more than 20 simultaneous projects across Saudi Arabia, including landmark developments such as NEOM HQ, PIF Tower, and the MOMRAH boardroom.

To strengthen performance and consistency, Mousa introduced a structured project management framework, established QA/QC processes, and launched AV Pro Day, a bi-weekly internal training initiative covering safety, technical standards, and installation best practice. These measures have improved efficiency, reduced rework, and enhanced client satisfaction, driving both growth and repeat business.

Beyond his leadership role, Mousa contributes to the wider AV community as a regular AVIXA Xchange contributor, sharing his AV Truth series to promote knowledge exchange across the global integrator network. He also serves on AVIXA’s Rising Professionals and System Integrators Councils, and is an active member of the Saudi Council of Engineers, where he advocates for greater alignment between AV, IT, and construction disciplines. Dedicated to continuous growth, he mentors emerging professionals and applies the same discipline to his daily fitness routine that defines his leadership approach.
