At Venuetech, Senthil Kumar has strengthened client relationships and taken on broader regional responsibility, now managing accounts across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait. Over the past year, his focus on timely delivery, transparent communication, and responsive after-sales support has helped secure repeat business and boost profitability through faster deal closures.

With a background in electrical and electronics engineering, Kumar has spent his career bridging technical understanding with customer engagement. Beyond his role at Venuetech, he has contributed to the wider AV community by founding the Digital Signage Club, a WhatsApp network that now connects more than 550 AV professionals across EMEA for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Passionate about developing talent, he has helped more than ten engineering graduates find their first opportunities in AV and recently organised the first AV Tech Connect networking event in Dubai, bringing industry professionals together to share ideas and strengthen regional ties. His proactive, community-focused approach reflects a belief that progress in AV depends on shared learning, cross-sector collaboration, and inspiring the next generation of innovators through open knowledge exchange, mentorship, and inclusive industry networks that welcome new voices, perspectives, and creative ideas for the future.
