Thomas Fenton

Thomas Fenton has spent the past decade helping to define Peerless-AV’s reputation for engineering excellence in display mounting and LED infrastructure. Now director of technical and product development, EMEA, he leads the region’s product management and engineering team.

Over the past year, Fenton has played a pivotal role in Peerless-AV’s LED success, which has seen 61% year-on-year growth and a 194% increase in sales since 2022. He was instrumental in launching the third-generation Seamless Connect Universal Series, shaping its design, material sourcing and manufacturing strategy. A hands-on leader, he has delivered AVIXA-accredited technical training across Europe and supported partner projects through on-site collaboration.

Among his standout achievements is the National Gallery’s NG200 project, where he oversaw bespoke dvLED installations - including a 13×6 centrepiece video wall and custom column mounts - completed in time for the Royal Opening Ceremony.

Fenton is passionate about restoring “true innovation” to AV, encouraging deeper collaboration between manufacturers, integrators and end users to create genuinely new solutions.

Outside work, his 100-run milestone with Parkrun represents a commitment to consistency and personal growth.
