Dayne Jans

As director of operations (APAC) at AVI-SPL Hong Kong, Dayne Jans oversees the full technical and financial delivery of AV projects, guiding engineering, CAD, programming, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure systems meet budget, quality, and client expectations.

A former Hong Kong international rugby player and high-level water-polo athlete, which are serious accomplishments, he credits sport for shaping his teamwork and accountability. Completing an MBA while leading major projects and raising three young children remains one of his proudest personal achievements.
