Dixon Lau

As a systems engineer at ESCO Singa- pore, Dixon Lau commis- sions AV and videoconfer- encing systems across diverse environments, handling DSP programming, custom GUI design, and advanced control system configuration.

In just three months, Dixon earned his AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, and CTS-D alongside certifications from Q-SYS, Extron, Crestron, and Dante.

Dixon encourages young professionals to embrace hands-on learning, staying curious, pursuing certification early, and using AI as a tool to accelerate skills, from scripting to solving complex control system challenges.
