In his role as service division manager for Programmed Electrical Tech- nologies in Queensland, Lance Auld oversees strategic, financial, and operational performance while leading teams that deliver high-quality, safe, and custom- er-focused service outcomes.

Lance is a strong advocate for workplace diversity, and is proud to support one of the region’s highest representations of women technicians and apprentices.

Lance hopes to see more women pursue technical roles and for the AV industry to embrace gender differences as a strength rather than just a box to tick.
