At Pro AV Solutions, Marisa Macedo is the brain behind how the company speaks to the world. As marketing and communications specialist, she builds narratives that translate complex AV technology into relatable human stories through campaigns, digital strategy, events, and regional partnerships.

Over the past year, Marisa led a full rebrand and website overhaul, redefining the company’s voice and elevating its presence across APAC. The result? Stronger visibility, deeper partnerships, and industry recognition including the Inavate APAC Awards Integrator of the Year 2025 honour. She believes there is space in AV for every kind of talent, especially storytellers.

Outside work, she finds calm in pottery and purpose in volunteering at FareShare Kitchen.
